Anonymous, but respectful
Sometimes you need privacy to tell the truth. On XELnk, you can choose your identity. If a topic is sensitive, you can share anonymously. That makes it easier to talk about company culture, hiring frustrations, leadership issues, unfair practices, burnout, career worry, and everything that usually stays hidden.
Anonymous does not mean chaos. We remove harassment, personal attacks, doxxing, scams and obviously fake content. The goal is honest conversations without turning toxic. A safe environment where people feel protected and still accountable.
