AI job matching
AI job matching built around the whole professional network
Job discovery should begin with fit, not an endless list of loosely related keywords. YU-B AI is the matching layer inside XELnk, connecting professional profiles, roles, companies, conversations, and applications in one mobile experience.
Designed for useful outcomes
Matches informed by professional context, not keyword volume
A connected path from discovery to conversation and application
Useful to both talent looking for roles and companies looking for people
More context for better matches
Traditional job search often asks people to translate their experience into the exact words used in a job post. XELnk is designed around richer professional context. A profile, experience, interests, and role information can work together to create more relevant discovery for both sides of the market.
From a match to a real opportunity
A recommendation is only useful when the next step is clear. XELnk keeps jobs, company profiles, professional messaging, applications, and a focused feed in the same network. Talent can understand an opportunity and act on it without rebuilding context across disconnected tools.
AI matching for talent and companies
Talent can use YU-B AI as an always-on career ally while companies can use the same network to surface stronger fit and manage hiring activity. The goal is not more noise. It is a smaller number of more useful professional connections.
